Thad Ristow’s Arnold Palmer Lemonade
1 Glass,
2/3 full of Lemonade
1/3 full of Unsweetened Iced Tea
(Ice optional)
Ben Leeper’s Rye Burger Melt
First, go to the sandwich line. There, ask for rye bread and have 2 slices of provolone cheese place upon them. Add a few onions for flavor. Ask the sandwich person to run it through the toaster, open faced. While it is toasting, jump in the grill line. Ask for two hamburger patties. Use a knife (or you hands) to remove a third from one of the patties. This is necessary for both parties to fit on the bread. Pick up the rest of the sandwich and put both patties on the sandwich. Then, place the entire thing in the panini maker, setting it to a seven or an eight. Make sure to put some butter on the outside of the sandwich so it grills properly. Check on it until you feel it is done. Then, remove it, cut it in half, and enjoy with ketchup
