Men’s Tennis Defeats Ottawa University

The Concordia men’s tennis team earned its second win of the year with a 7-2 victory over Ottawa University Friday afternoon.
The Bulldogs (2-3) claimed two of the three doubles matches with Willy Pardos and Javier Moreno winning 8-2 and Thomas Greeff and Gabriel Poling winning 8-3.
Concordia won five of the six singles matches to clinch the match. Pardos, Greeff and Poling each won in straight sets. Moreno and Patricio Esquivel each won in three sets after both players dropped the second set to their opponents.
The Bulldogs will host Bethany College at 10 a.m. on Feb. 13 in Walz Arena.
